Click and Collect
Online orders can be collected from the Elements of Dance boutique located at 36 Gibbs Street, Miranda, NSW during normal trading hours or by appointment. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your online order confirmation number and valid Australian ID. Selected items will be available for two hour click and collect if ordered before 12pm on weekdays. Selected items will be marked as available in the online store.
Shipping to Australia
Shipping is available nationally across Australia. International shipping is not available. Elements of Dance posts all parcels with Australia Post or Sendle. A flat rate standard shipping fee of $10 AUD is charged for small packages (under 500g). An Express shipping fee of $13 AUD is available for small packages (under 500g). Free standard shipping is available for purchases over $120 AUD. Shipping costs for bulkier items such as shoes will be calculated at checkout. Same day shipping is available onselected itemsfor orders placed before 12pm. Please allow 1-3 days for dispatch for all other items. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Returns on Faulty Items
At Elements of Dance we work with brands that we know and trust however there may be rare times when an item is faulty.
Elements of Dance will refund or replace faulty items in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law Consumer Guarantee. Please contact us for advice if you believe your item is faulty. In the first instance, we may request photos of the item to determine next steps. We reserve the right to inspect all garments and sometimes it may be necessary to send the product away for assessment by the manufacturer before a decision is made. The remedy will depend on whether the fault is classed as minor or major as defined by the Consumer Guarantee and this will be determined by the product manufacturer. Please do not send anything back to us until you have been in contact with us and received a return slip. The return slip must be included with your item. You are responsible for returning the product to us and we will cover reasonable postage or transportation costs if the item is confirmed to have a fault (please keep your postage receipts and tracking number). Returns or replacement will not be offered for items that have been misused, damaged by you, or have incurred reasonable wear and tear.
Returns of Change of Mind or Incorrect Size or Colour
We know that the perfect fit and appearance is essential, especially for performers. If you are not completely satisfied with the size, colour or style of your item, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange on another item of equal value, or store credit of equal value.
Due to hygiene reasons, unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges of tights, undergarments, socks, or foot undeez. The item must be unworn and unwashed in original condition with all original labels/tags attached.We reserve the right to inspect all garments and assess their condition in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy. Items with make-up or deodorant marks will not be accepted for exchange or store credit. Products that are marked as Sale or Clearance or similar are offered as a final sale and exchanges will not be accepted. Returns will be considered for faulty items only in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Returning Items to Elements of Dance by post
Please contact us prior to sending your item back to us and we will send you a return slip which must be included with your item. We do not refund shipping charges for change of mind or incorrect sizing or colour returns. Elements of Dance will not be held liable for return or exchange items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure you select a reputable courier or carrier and ensure your item is packaged appropriately to prevent damage. Please keep your tracking number.

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged to the Elements of Dance Miranda Boutique in accordance with the Returns and Exchanges Policy.
