Can I buy dance shoes without a professional fitting?

We highly recommend having your shoes professionally fitted in store to ensure the right style and size for your feet. If this is not possible, we have made dance shoes available on our website and provided the manufacturers’ instructions for sizing as a guide. We urge you to read these instructions carefully, as sizing for dance shoes varies greatly from street shoe size.

How do I know which size to choose?

Our garments and shoes are sized by the manufacturers and their size guides (provided on the website) should be used as a reference against your individual measurements when selecting sizes. These charts provide general assistance only.

What do I do if my online order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please check your tracking number emailed to you for any updates provided by the carrier. We also suggest checking around your delivery address for any “safe spots” the driver might have used, checking your mailbox for a delivery note, and checking with your neighbours. 

If your parcel isn’t there, please contact us and quote your order number. 

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Once you have confirmed your order it cannot be cancelled or changed online. Please follow the process for exchanges to amend your order. 

Sale Items

Items offered at a discounted price are final sales and cannot be returned on exchanged under any circumstances, except if faulty. In this case, items will be dealt with in accordance with the ACCC guidelines for returns.

Sales are for items currently in stock, discounts do not apply for special orders in different sizes or colours.
